Dr. Cudney specializes in quality management, engineering management, and operations research. As a professor, she shapes future leaders in engineering and management. Dr. Cudney's research focuses on lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization, and she is widely published in peer-reviewed journals. With a Ph.D. in Engineering Management, she also consults with organizations to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
